Ordering

By placing an order, you offer to buy the products in your basket at the displayed price. We may decline or cancel an order where payment is not authorised, the product is unavailable, there is an obvious pricing or description error, or where we reasonably suspect fraud or misuse.

Prices and payment

Prices shown on the website are the prices payable at checkout, subject to any clearly disclosed delivery charges, taxes or other charges. We will not add undisclosed mandatory charges after you place an order.

Delivery

Estimated delivery times are provided on our Shipping & Delivery page and at checkout where applicable. If a delay occurs, we will provide reasonable updates. Your statutory rights are not affected.
