This page explains how orders from ITECH LONDON LIMITED are processed and delivered.

Order processing

Orders are normally processed within 1–3 business days. Processing time is separate from delivery time. During unusually busy periods, public holidays or circumstances outside our reasonable control, processing may take longer.

Estimated delivery

For standard UK deliveries, please allow approximately 7–15 business days after dispatch unless a different estimate is clearly shown on the product page or at checkout. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed delivery dates.

Tracking

Where tracking is available, tracking details will be provided after dispatch. Tracking information can sometimes take a short time to update after the carrier receives the parcel.

Delivery address

Please check your delivery details before placing your order. If you notice an error, contact us promptly. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has entered processing or has been dispatched.

Delays and missing parcels

If your parcel is delayed beyond the estimated delivery period, contact us through the Contact Us page with your order number. We will investigate with the carrier and provide an appropriate remedy where required.
