Returns & Refunds

Returns & Refunds Policy

This policy applies to consumer purchases from ITECH LONDON LIMITED and does not reduce any rights you have under UK consumer law.

Change-of-mind cancellations

If you are a UK consumer buying online, you generally have the right to cancel an eligible order within 14 days after the day you receive the goods. To exercise this right, contact us through the Contact Us page with your order number and a clear statement that you wish to cancel.

After telling us you wish to cancel, you should send the goods back within 14 days. Unless the goods are faulty or we agree otherwise, you are responsible for the direct cost of returning change-of-mind items.

Condition of returned goods

You may inspect goods in the same way you reasonably could in a shop. If goods are handled beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning, we may make a lawful deduction for any reduction in value.

Refund timing

For an eligible cancellation, we will refund the amount due, including the standard outbound delivery charge where the law requires it, using the original payment method unless otherwise agreed. We may wait until we receive the goods back or you provide evidence that you sent them, whichever happens first. Refunds will be processed within the time required by applicable law.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect goods

If an item arrives faulty, damaged, not as described or you receive the wrong item, contact us as soon as possible with your order number and, where helpful, photos or video showing the issue. Your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected by this policy.

How to start a return

Please contact us before sending anything back so we can provide the correct return instructions. Do not send returns to the registered office unless we specifically confirm that address for your return.
